Working on anxiety is a difficult journey alone, believe me, I know. 

That is why I gathered all the information, strategies, and truths I have learned & practiced for over 18 years in order to share them with you, to help you overcome anxious thoughts and feelings in a shorter amount of time than I did. The Sozo Life Healing Plan was designed with a holistic approach to anxiety recovery. I spent hours of my time, energy and money on all sorts of remedies to relieve anxiety. I kept the habits that brought me peace, health and restoration and compiled them into an easy-to-follow plan built on the foundations of what actually work.
